A Value-Based Health Care project with people covered by Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is trialling medication management devices in Bridgend.
Participants are using YOURmeds to manage their medication at home, with the project measuring the impact on adherence, independence and care capacity.
Early feedback has been positive, with patients reporting more confidence in managing their medicines day to day.
