About the role

Strategy, analytics & commercial planning

The Growth Analyst supports strategic decision-making across YOURmeds by analysing business performance, market dynamics, and customer behaviour to identify and develop opportunities for growth. The role combines quantitative analysis, business strategy, and competitive research to inform the company's commercial direction.

The role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and commercial planning, reporting directly to the Director.

What you'll do

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative analysis of business performance across acquisition, retention, and revenue metrics to identify drivers and inform strategic priorities
  • Build and maintain analytical models and dashboards to track commercial KPIs and surface insights for leadership decision-making
  • Carry out market and competitive research, translating findings into actionable strategic recommendations
  • Analyse customer segmentation and behavioural data to inform product, marketing, and commercial strategy
  • Support evaluation of partnership and commercial opportunities through financial modelling, scenario analysis, and risk assessment
  • Develop business cases for strategic initiatives, including financial projections and impact analysis
  • Produce executive-level briefing materials and analytical reports to support strategic decisions at director level
  • Contribute to commercial planning, including go-to-market strategy, pricing analysis, and market entry assessment
What we're looking for

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or equivalent — 2:1 or above

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in business analysis, strategy, commercial analytics, or a comparable role
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and producing board-level or C-suite materials
  • Background in financial services, technology, professional services, or consulting preferred

Skills

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills including data modelling and dashboard development
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Commercial judgement and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
